  Photoshop Timeline Frame Rate

  Hi there!

  Curious to know if there was a way to set the default timeline FPS to 24 (or whatever you want)?
  Is there a preference file or somewhere I can change the code?

  I occasionally goof and sometimes start animating at 30FPS forgetting to set the timeline to 24FPS.

  I’m working in CC2015.1.2, maybe CC2017 can do this?
  I’m working in the older version because the Animdessin2 extension doesn’t work in 2017.
