  Photoshop wont open any photo(Video added)

  Hi everyone,
  I have a problem with photoshop and i will describe it. I also will write what i tried so far and you can also see the video for the problem.

  I am opening PS CC 2017 and trying to drag & drop a photo, it does nothing. No error, no warning, just nothing
  I am trying File > Open and nothing. The same. No reaction.
  It was working for a while and then it stopped.

  I am using PS CC 2017 with Win 8.1 x64
  6 gb ram Intel Core I5-3230M 2.60 Ghz

  I tried
  uninstall – reinstall PS
  uninstall PS by Adobe Cleaner Tool
  uninstall driver card and reinstall

  When it worked:
  I did complete format of my computer and install PS and it worked for a while and again the same.
  I cant format my computer everytime PS doesnt work, so i kindly ask you for your advice.

  Problem solved by uninstalling software > command prompt > sfc /scannow > reinstall
