  Softer edge brushes

  Hi chaps- I’ve been using pshop for years but rarely for ‘painting’ – I now though have a project and I want to paint some thin very soft lines … let me attempt to explain … if I wind hardness down as far as I go and use a small brush the edge is still much too ‘hard’ – I want more of a ‘glow effect from the brush … more blurred … I’ve tried reducing the opacity but it doesn’t really help – is there anyone out there who understands my dilemma please ?   Make a custom brush…. Make a dot… blur it to what you want it to look like then select it and define the brush… If you don’t know how to make a brush, google it: https://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=how+to+make+a+brush+in+photoshop
