  Photoshop 7.0 Settings Folder

  Where is this folder located in Vista? I found:
  C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0

  but no subdirectory within is named Settings.

  I’m trying to find where the Actions I’ve created are stored.
