  Is Photoshop the correct app?

  In a video, I want to show a letter/article on screen and zip from location to location within the article highlighting important words. Is Photoshop the correct app to do this move with and then import to PPro?

  I think you need something like After Effects. Don’t believe PS is best for animated content.
