  Pixilation

  My brother has the newest version of photoshop on his Intel I-Mac. He is having an issue with taking large pictures and shrinking them. For some reason when he gets it down to the size he wants (approx. 85% smaller than original) the edges and detail are pixilated. But when he sends it to me and I open it in Photoshop 8 it looks fine. Does he just need to reset tools and trash his prefs?
