  Need help saving just alpha channel

  I’m creating a lower thirds key for television in photoshop. The graphic is all completed, and the background is transparent. What I need to do is get an isolated alpha channel file, and an isolated RGB image file for my editor. How can I do this? The only way I’ve found to do this so far is to import the file into After Effects, and render out the alpha and RGB separately. There must be an easier way to do this.
