  Removing Interlace from photo

  If I exported a frame from a video to an image and forgot to select deinterlace, so there are lines on the photo… is it possible to deinterlace it with photoshop, or do I have to export it again?

  Look under Filter > Video > De-interlace… that might do the trick (;
