  Can’t open JPEG files

  Got a strange one. We were sent a disk of scanned images we have to use in a program. They are all saved as JPEGS. I look at the list, the first 2 are 800k the next 47 are 8.5megs. The first 2 open the other 47 will not. I tried every program I have, MAC and PC, the files will not open. Sent them to the agency running the show, none of their graphic designer can open the files. The client takes the disk, puts it in a standard 5 year old PC and the files open in his browser. I have no clue what’s going on. Any suggestions would help.
