  CS2 Edit->Transform->Warp Architectural Application Tutorials

  I’m looking for tutorials on applying the ‘warp’ transform to creating architectural features. There are a number of ‘preset’ warping functions, however, none seem to have such things as ‘map a rectangle into a annulus of a given width’.

  For example, ‘arch’ function gives such parameters as ‘50%’, what ever ‘50% of what value’ may mean.
