I’m trying to use the warp effect that you can use on text in PS but I want to use it on a graphical layer. I know I can apply that to any layer in Illustrator, but it doesn’t seem like I can do it in PS. Am I missing something? I want to give a drawing a slight arc upwards. Thanks!

Warp for any layer was added in Photoshop CS2 (version 9.0). It’s not in earlier versions.

If you have CS2, select your layer then choose Edit > Transform > Warp.
