I have been trying to teach myself Photoshop CS and am totally confused. I am in the market for an affordable but in depth and easy to follow tutorial on CD Rom. I recently purchased one from KeyKo and did not care for it, it gave you the steps to accomplish a specific task but does not explain what the tool is and why you would use it. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to look at taking lessons online from Lynda.com – for only $25 per month there are many, many hours of lesson. Cancel before the end of 30 days and you will have gooten a great deal.

At the top end, get the Total Training DVDs. Top of the line, for sure.

Ditto regarding Lynda.com. But, if you purchased Photoshop CS 2 it should have come with a starter training set (appox 60 minutes) from Total Training. Altleast mine did.

Thank you so much, it’s a great site. The tutorials seem like they’re just what I was looking for.

    Much appreciated.
