  Japanese characters not copying over

  Hi,

  I’m having issues copying japanese characters from OpenOffice to Photoshop CC.
  When I copy this in open office:

  こんにちは。本日は第4四半期の業績

  Photoshop gives me this:

  4

  But if I copy Japanese text with latin characters mixed in it works fine. For instance:

  Helloこんにちは。本日は第4四半期の業績

  will copy over fine.

  Has anybody encountered this before? I have this work around where I will add and then remove a character to every title but with hundreds of titles to go through, this doesn’t seem like the best solution. Any thoughts?

  Aha! Changed the font in OpenOffice to Ariel Unicode MS and it fixed the problem.
