Lightroom 5 “Error Occurred when attempting to change Modules” Solved
I used to Photoshop and Camera Raw for years, and I have bought Lightroom. I met the error message “Error Occurred when attempting to change Modules” when I opened the app for the first time.

Honestly, I’m not sure what happened. It just does work.
Although Adobe provides the article for possible solutions for this problem (https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/error-changing-modules-lightroom.html), I just tried the first one and it did not work. From my experience, I have never seen successful results by trying long sentence “how-to” for trouble shooting anyway.
