  Good Morning America Lower Thirds

  Hi, first time using the forum so not sure if this is the correct place to ask a question.

  I wonder if any one knows how to recreate the GMA lower thirds the ones used for headlines, interviews, etc.

  

  The above is what I am trying to achieve. Although, I have posted this in the photoshop forum if it is not able to be completed there or if it is easier to do in after effects please say as I can use both.
