  • Rotating a circle shape layer perfectly

I have a simple shape layer which is a dashed circle and I’d like to make it rotate (spin in a 2D way). I dragged the rotation keyframe thing but it’s wobbling ever so slightly. I also tried making it a 3D layer and rotating it that way but it always wobbles slightly for some reason. Is my anchor point not centered? I’m not familiar with the anchor point thing honestly.

Press y on your keyboard for the pan behind tool, click an hold the anchor point, then hold control or command which will snap the anchor point as you move it around. Snap it to the center. If it is already centered, then your circle wasn’t perfect. To get a perfect circle, hold shift while you click and drag the eclipse tool to the appropriate size.
