  Browse Window bug

  Only in Photoshop and After Effects CS5, when I choose to browse for a folder, most of my icons in the browse window are missing, including “My Computer” so I can’t navigate to any folders. I use Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I included an image to show you what I mean.

  

  Is this a PS problem?
