  How to remove a white BG?

  Hi-
  I am working on a video for a client, they sent me a logo and I can open it in Photoshop but cannot remove the background to make it transparent. Ideally I would like to make it a .PNG with a transparent background for use in a graphics program.

  Does anyone know how to do this? The file and the background layer are the same.
