  Can’t save Alpha Channel in a Pict

  A friend of mine using CS2 on a MAC was trying to SAVE AS a PICT file with an Alpha channel and when he goes to save the dialog box has Alpha Channel grayed out and not available.
  When I brought the PSD he was trying to save as a PICT over to my MAC in my CS2 I was able to save the Alpha Channel.
  Why would this be?
  There must be some kind of Preference or plug in the computer needs right?

  Thanks for any clues as my friend is trying to get a job done ASAP.

  Make sure you have only 1 alpha channel in the document
