  red “label markers” behind PSD CS2 menu items

  today when i open a image in PSD and went to the menu a lot of the items had red label markers behind them. I have never seen this before. Any ideas on why this happened?

  Probably you’re in one of the predefined workspaces like Automation or Working with Type that highlights the relevant menu items in that way. If you switch back to the default workspace (Window/Workspace/Default Workspace) or to your own saved workspace I think the red markers will disappear.
