  a DVD Product Box to display on a website

  I’m trying to create a product box (for a DVD Video I created)
  For example… look at the box total training uses on their website:
  https://www.totaltraining.com/prod/adobe/photoshopcs2.asp?mscsid=

  Now, I’m not very good with designing this type of stuff… I do basic video editing from time to time, but I believe that there are templates floating around for this.

  If not, please please do walk me through this.
