  Distortion, glitchy, when using puppet movement

  Hi, I am having some trouble with a puppet movement, it is becoming distorted and glitchy when it moves. If someone has experience with this, and knows how to fix it, your help would be appreciated. Thank you.

  You may need to increase the mesh, however “puppet movement” does not tell us much. Are you using Puppet Tool or a inverse kinematic tool like duik tools? What version of AE, how is your setup… post a few screen shots directly in here (easier than to download .zip files)
