  Using AE liquify tool on moving camera shot…?

  Does anyone know how I would use the liquify tool on a moving camera shot? I’ve successfully used Andrew Kramer’s awesome technique multiple times in my project, however only on shots with no camera movement (only subject movement). Now, I want to do it on a shot that has both camera and subject movement. Tis not going so well. thoughts?

  Isolate with a garbage matte the face/part of body/object you need to apply the liquify tool on. Precomp and stabilize that. This should give you a relatively steady object (depending on how good the track is). Apply your liquify effect and then reverse stabilize and comp on top of original. This should work- at least in theory.
