Cinema 4D has a “Pose Morph” feature that allows you to animate between 2 separate poses using only a slider range 0-100%

Is it possible to do this in AE? I have a puppet mesh with 2 keyframes and I want to be able to control the amount between which the animation alternates. Also want this to loop, and be able to “stop on a dime” when needed. Thoughts?

You could precompose and use time re-mapping, too.

Ya that’s what I was doing, just seems to unnecessary to have to pre-compose but I guess that probably is the best way to go
