  How to do the “wiggle” effect

  I have a cartoon still image and I’m trying to add the “wiggle” effect to it. The image consists of white lines over a black background. I want it to make it look like I manually drew all 24 frames and put them together, so the lines wiggle around. If you need an example, watch this: https://www.sickanimation.com/last2men.html.

  Set a keyframe at the beginning of the layer. Set a keyframe at the end of the layer. Select both keyframes. Go to Window ->Wiggler->and select the frequency and magnitude.

  If you have the Pro version, you can use Vector Paint to trace over the image, then check the jitter checkbox (I think) to make the strokes jitter. I’m not sure of the exact word. 🙂

  I think that’s the effect you want.
