    Hey Folks,

im currently working on my expression library and want to connect them with custom pseudo effects which i build within the PresetEffects.XML.
is there any chance to make them more interactive, like – my slider is greyed out till i hit a specific checkbox?

im sure its not possible but i better ask you all due im pretty new to building pseudo effects. Maybe there is an other way to code Pseudo Effects, maybe within the ExtendScript Toolkit or somehow else….

    cheers
    Alex

To enable and disable particular controls in response to other controls you’d need to build your UI with a script, with a callback function that responds to clicking your checkbox, for example. It’s a level of complexity above pseudo effects, but the info you need is in the JavaScript Tools Guide, accessible from the Help menu in ExtendScript ToolKit.
