  cinema 4d x after effect?

  Hi everyone, anybody here have experience with this? the big question for me, how if i want to import my skeleton in cinema 4d to after effect, because i want to make much expression in after effect for my skeleton, after that, i want to bring my skeleton to cinema 4d again, included my expression, and bind the skeleton with my character, can someone help me? or any suggestion for me and thanks.
