  Workflow between Premier & After Effects

  Hi,guys,

  The task:
  1. In Premier apply transitions that are not available in AE (or ANY transition,like Cross Dissolve)
  2. In AE then apply Stroke,Drop Shadow & maybe smth else that`s better done in AE than in Premier.
  On applying all necessary transitions in Premier,we Replace our sequence With an After Effects Composition & do what we need in AE,but coming back to Premier we find out that all thansition are gone.Is there a way out? Thanks.
