    I’m looking to move one layer and then have a layer acting as the background and move with it but at a slower pace.
    The closest example of what I’m trying to achieve is this video.

    You could parent the position and dived /2 or you can move one from 0-100 in 3 seconds. and another from 0-200 in 3 seconds.

    Make it 3d layers, create a camera, animate the camera. Push what you want to move less farther in Z space and scale up…
