  how to make object rotate to camera except when zooming?

  o basicly i want to make sure an object rotate towards camera.
  but unlike with auto orient..

  i want the object to respond to rorientation/rotation only.
  so when the camera is moving Closer to object (Z Position) the object will stay still.

  is there any expression for that?

  You need to clarify the intent of what you’re trying to achieve. Almost any camera motion, including sideways pan, will change the distance from the object.
