One simple method:
1) Set Sound Keys output range to custom, set Min at 550, Max at 580, generate output
2) Separate dimensions on the Position value of the layer you want to animate
3) Create and expression (Alt-click the keyframe watch) and pick whip Sound Keys output for the Y position value.

I have done to set soundkeys

Right-click on the position value and select “separate dimensions”.
