How can we write a encrypted expressions in AE?

You can use the ExtendScript Toolkit to export your expression as a .jsxbin file. You can take the contents of that file, wrap it in double quotes and stick it in an eval() function like this:
eval(“@JSXBIN…..”);
My experience though is that doing this can incur a significant performance penalty.

It’s hard to say what’s going on without seeing the original expression, the .jsxbin code and the error message (if any). Is it a long expression? You may be running into and issue with carriage returns.
As a simple test, start with this:
wiggle(1,100);
Running it through the binary exporter gives this:
@JSXBIN@ES@2.0@MyBbyBn0ABJAnAEjzGjXjJjHjHjMjFBfRCFdBFdjEff0DzACByB
and this expression does in fact produce a wiggle:
eval(“@JSXBIN@ES@2.0@MyBbyBn0ABJAnAEjzGjXjJjHjHjMjFBfRCFdBFdjEff0DzACByB”);

I think it works if you get rid of the line breaks:
