  Turbulence Offset, Flow Over Time

  Forgive me and my noobly ways but I could use some help animating only the y variable of “Turbulence Offset” for my “Fractal Noise” effect. I’m trying to get achieve constant flowing that animates infinitely.

  Like this maybe:

  rate = 100; // pixels per second
  value + [0,time*rate]
