  Acceleration expression

  Hello everyone!
  I’m working at a audio react template and i’m stuck in something.
  in my audio react there is something flowing using a offset function and i want to make it as every time a sound comes the offset goes faster, i tried to make it time+”convertaudiotokeyframes” but what happens is every time a beat comes the flow goes foward and backwards again, due to the value increasce and decreasce.

  Does anyone have a solution to this? i was thinking in a expression that uses a var as acelaration and everytime a beat hits the acceleration value goes up and down, then the flow will always go foward but faster when the beat hits.

  This is one of those situations that is tricky because expressions can’t pass any information from one frame to the next. So, at each frame the expression needs to start at frame zero and count how many beats have occurred in the past, and calculate the cumulative motion due to those beats, as well as calculate any motion due to the current beat.   but the details depend on how you have things set up and exactly what type of motion you’re looking for.

  Do-able, but tricky.
