How are you setting the per-character rotation?

    oh hi mr.Dan,

I can’t think of an accurate way to do it because I don’t know of any way to determine the position of an individual charater, so you don’t really know where that character is relative to the comp view/camera. You could base it on y rotation, and it would be close for characters near the center of the comp, but not for those at the edges.
