  Speed slider using “time”

  I try to use a slider, which controls the rotation speed of some layers (to create a keyframeable bicycle)
  If I use the expression pasted beneath this post on the rotation it seems to work BUT if I keyframe the value of the “speed slider” say from 50 to 150 it accelerates extremely between those keyframes.
  I’m pretty sure this topic has covered numerous times, cause it seems pretty handy, but I can’t find something on it.
