Hi, I was wondering, if I wanted to create a clam snapping randomly using a wiggle on the rotation for the front shell, and then use ‘thisComp.layer(“Clam Front”).transform.rotation on the back to match, is there a way of inverting the movement because at the moment the back is copying the front rather than moving the opposite way and opening the shell…. hope this makes sense!

Just add a minus sign in front of the expression, like this:

    -thisComp.layer(“Clam Front”).transform.rotation

this may be a bad way to shortcut it but I just created a new solid that was the same size and color as my comp and applied the transition to that.
