Adjustment parent effect tool?
Hello!
Adjustment layers are great, they make the selected fx on all layers below. But sometimes you do not want to put effects on all layers below and then you start with pre-compositions etc and your project becomes very complicated.
BUT, A nice feature would be to make an effect on a Adjustment layer and then parent the effect to only selected layers? Exactly in the same way as you parent position, size and rotation, the same way it would be nice to parent effects to certain layers. It feels like this should be a easy task, or?
Another way would be to make an Adjustment layer that could choose to adjust all layers with label “Brown” for example.
Anyone know of such a feature?
This would really make After Effects more competitive against node based softwares like Nuke or Shake.
