  Particular Emitter to Write-on Problem

  I’m trying to pick whip my Particular emitter to the X,Y position of my write-on effect. However, when I do so, it is offset by quite a long way.

  I’ve tried going through the exact process, but with a very simple square shape for the write on effect. Then it works fine, no off-set problems at all.

  Is this a bug?! I’m using AE CS5, 64-bit on an iMac, with the latest version of Particular.

  Am I missing a trick here?!?!

  Any help would be very greatly appreciated.

  HA!!!

  It was because my write-on effect was a different size canvas to my Particular effect…………

  Silly me…………..

  …………..and on to it………… 🙂
