  Audio Levels not being effected by Expressions

  I set an expression to fade my music up from 0 to 2 seconds. The numeric decibel readout is changing from -48 to 0 but I don’t hear the fade up. I’ve noticed this with some other properties of effects too. I know I could just set 2 keyframes but I’m trying to learn expressions and so I’m just trying to write them as much as I can.

  ease(time,0,2,[-48,-48],[0,0])

  I think one work-around for that problem is to turn on time remapping for the layer with the audio.
