  sending over a mask from afetr effects to premiere

  Hey guys maybe a silly question but is it possible to send over a mask I drew in after effects to premiere? it will save me alot of time as its very complicated

  No. Masks go from Premiere Pro to After Effects, but not vice versa.

  You could export a black & white animated matte and use that in Premiere..
