  [AE CC] focusing effect

  Hallo everybody,
  I’d like to understand how they made this “focusing” effect at the beginning of this tutorial (See at 00:04 – 00:11 seconds):

  I thought something as a wiggle expression on a blur effects parameter, (Fast blur for example). Any ideas about it?
