You’re probably looping time remapping ?
Quick Fix:
Go to the last keyframe, go back one frame, add a keyframe, then delete the last keyframe.
For interlaced: temporarily double the comp’s framerate to do the same, then switch back.
Long explanatiion why:
The standard values when timeremapping gets enabled are a bit special:
Say, if you have a layer of 10 seconds, there’s a keyframe of 0:0:0 at start and 0:10:0 at 10 seconds.
BUT: there is no movie AT 10 seconds, the last frame of a 10 second clip is at 0:9:24 (in PAL).
Why does After Effects do this ?
Because when you’re using interlaced footage, there IS still new information at 0:9:24.5 frame.
It’s easier to say the movie takes place between 0 and 10 seconds than the movie starts at 0 and ends at 9:24.5
I hope that was clear.
