  optimizing after effects 3d motion track shaking text or objects

  i like to know how to fix the shaking text or make it un-noticable so people cant tell its fake.

  1: it makes the video look fake people can tell because the object or text shakes as the camera is moving.

  2: how do i resolve this issue .

  please guys

  If text seems to be shaking or shifting, you don’t have a good track. Get a better track and it won’t shake.

  Without further information, example video, or at least some screenshots, it will be hard to give you anything else useful.
