  Problem with After Effects

  I create a new composition. Drag a photoshop file on to it. It shows a white box with an X going through it. If I double click on the X, another tab opens and correctly shows the file. If I click on thr Render button, it displays fine until it stops. Then it goes back to white. I have 2 gigs of Ram (so it’s probably not a memory problem). Any idea what is causing this?

  Yes, I am new to AE. But I bought the Total Training Disks and are through the first few disks. I have done compositions. For some reason, I drag the file and it is not visible. I have added keys and it is still white with an X through it. Do you have any idea what it is that I am not doing? I’ve made several compositions. They are all fine.

  OK, I found it. I must have clicked the little white RGB button. Still, Dave, it wouldn’t have killed you to tell me. Like I said, I spent hours on the training (still 42 hours to go!). I just forgot that little nugget.
