Is it possible to sync an audio track to affect a graphic element. For example…..if I have a naration audio track and want to animate a mouth so it looks like the person is actually moving their mouth at the same time the words are being said. Is there some way other than frame by frame manipulation to make this happen? Some filter or expression that will move the graphic (mouth) according to the highs and lows of the audio track?

I think what you are wanting to do can be accomplished with the ‘convert audio to keyframes’ function and a simple expression.

The only reason you would need soundkeys is if you had soundtrack where you couldn’t isolate the individual voice.

Soundkeys is great – but if you don’t need to spend 90 bucks to get what you are after, that’s great too.
