  Weird Banding Effect, trying to fix in AE

  I shot this footage using a Canon 7d, and the subject is wearing a type of panty hose mask. There are these weird reflective bands that come up when he moves in a certain angle in the light. Does anyone know how I could get rid of them or blend the mask into one tone? Thank you, Kevin
