  Shape contents transformation shortcuts/ better control over

  Hello,
  What are the keyboard shortcuts for selecting a specific transformation property( like position for example) in a contents/Group shape object layer? Highlighting a transformation group and pressing p for example just bounces me to the position for the layer -not the position for group in the contents folder.Are there any tips for better handling these things similar to the shortcuts you can use on regular layer transformations?
