  Creating spherical enviroment footages for using it in 3d software

  Hello there

  I created animated night sky in After effects.

  It is possible to distort & convert this footage to spherical enviroment map. I want to use this footage in 3d soft as animated sky.

  Here is example, how spherical map have to look:

  Thanks Joseph for quick reply.

  I know this way in photoshop, but I have animation (sequence of frames) in After effects. So if I use this way, i must do it for each frame.

  But I don’t know if this functionality is somewhere in After effects (Effect, Lens distortion etc.)
