  new composition not showing time it is showing like this 00000+0

  In Ae cs4 when i creating new compostion in that time is showing like this 00000+0 when im going to Add time it is adding + only pls help me out.,,

  You have accidentally set your time display format to “Feet + Frames.” You can change your time display format back to frames or timecode in the Project Settings window (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+K on PC, Cmd+Opt+Shift+K on Mac), or by Ctrl+clicking (PC) or Cmd+clicking (Mac) on the timecode display in the timeline panel.

  JUST CONTROL CLICK ON THIS 00000+0 IT WILL SWITCH BETWEEN TIME AND FPS THATS IT 🙂
